GPLB (Gas Powered Leaf Blower) pollution and noise are not inherent to leaf blowers or the people using them. Other equipment, such as electric leaf blowers, are less noisy and don’t have the harmful exhaust. Gardeners serving the mid-Peninsula are willing to use those, or even to just use rakes and brooms.
